Privacy notice

This notice covers the SourceKiln validation website. For questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion, contact the site operator at hello@auripath.com.

What we collect and why

When you make an enquiry, we store your email, any company name and message you provide, the request type, relevant dataset, page and time. We use these details to handle your request and understand demand for the dataset. We do not sign you up to marketing emails.

We process enquiries for our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask about our services. We also use short-lived, keyed identifiers derived from connection information to limit abuse and repeated submissions. We do not store raw IP addresses in the enquiry database.

Website activity

We record sample requests, access enquiries and completed sample downloads. These are expressions of interest, not verified purchases. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A short-lived signed link enables a requested sample download.

Storage and service providers

The website and enquiry database are hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection and operational information to deliver and protect the service; processing may take place outside the UK. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Enquiry contact details and messages are eligible for removal after 90 days and are cleared during the next submitted request. Anonymous event totals may remain for product evaluation. Abuse-control entries expire after an hour and are removed during subsequent requests. We do not sell your contact details.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use. Other data-protection rights may apply depending on the circumstances. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

The form requires an email so we can respond. Company details are optional. You can contact us by email instead.
