Commercial context
Why this dataset is useful
Use this crosswalk to screen site reference points against protected landscape areas without manually joining the two public source datasets. It is designed for prioritisation and further investigation, not as a legal, regulatory or whole-site determination.
What you can do with this data
Practical ways teams can use this dataset.
Property and planning teams
Screen published locations against the mapped context and prioritise records for further investigation.
Researchers and analysts
Use the delivered crosswalk as a repeatable starting point instead of manually joining the two source datasets.
Sources & methodology
Matching compares publisher-supplied subject reference points with published mapped boundaries. Current source availability, licensing and field availability are rechecked before delivery.
Source attribution is maintained in SourceKiln’s site-wide source register.
View source registerImportant limits
Point membership means the publisher-supplied reference point falls within a published boundary.
It does not by itself establish whole-site or parcel overlap, ownership, legal or regulatory consequences, eligibility, compliance, causation, physical exposure, risk outcomes or commercial significance.

Frequently asked questions
What does the point-in-boundary relationship mean?
It means the publisher-supplied reference point for the site reference point falls within the published mapped boundary.
Is this a complete current dataset?
The complete current dataset is prepared when requested. Source availability, licensing and field availability are checked again before delivery.
Does this prove whole-site overlap or a legal consequence?
No. The relationship is a screening crosswalk based on the published reference point and mapped boundary only.
